Bordeaux Chateau Bordeaux specializes in Mediterranean cuisine using fresh local seafood and organic greens. You dining experience will be enhanced by the glowing lights from the British Virgin Islands and the soft light from the moon up above. Some of their specialities include a Caribbean bouillabaisse, duck and chanterelle ravioli and rosemary day boat scallops.
