Once in
the Caribbean, the cost of jumping from island to island is minimal,
the time it takes to do it, nothing, and the experience as well as
the scenery, is astounding. The British Virgin Islands are just
as unique and charming as the U.S. Virgin Islands. Each island
has its own story and culture, the only constant between the
isles are the friendly and inviting locals. If you would rather
experience these islands at your own pace and not work your schedule
around a ferry, then there are many businesses from which you can
rent a boat. If you would like to save the cost, and let someone
else do the navigating, we have provided you with ferry schedules. |

Tortola Tortola is a British Crown Colony northeast of St. Thomas. Here you will find great beaches at Long Bay and Cane Garden, several restaurants, a botanical garden, an old-fashioned rum distillery, and a tropical forest. Inter-Island (340) 776-6597. By now this number should be memorized! |

| Anegada Farthermost island in the British Virgin Island chain. There are no ferries that service to this wonderful island so you will most likely need to hire someone to take you. Again, you have the option of renting a boat and taking yourself too. Be very careful. Anegada, popular for its scuba diving, is surrounded by reef and shipwrecks. Just a suggestion, hire someone else! |
